Xdevice s.r.o. ("Xdevice") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect on this website and through the Akira reservation flow.

1. Data we collect

On xdevice.ai, we collect anonymous traffic analytics (page views, referrer, country) and your email + billing information when you place a reservation through our payment processor (Stripe). We do not run third-party advertising or behavioral tracking pixels.

2. Akira device privacy

The Akira device is designed for full on-device processing. Prompts, outputs, and indexed data never leave the device. Sync to encrypted private cloud is opt-in. No data from the device is used for model training, ever.

3. Stripe

Reservation payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. Your card details are handled directly by Stripe; we never see them. See Stripe's privacy policy.

4. Your rights

Under GDPR, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@xdevice.ai. We respond within 30 days.

5. Retention

Reservation records are retained for the duration of your relationship with us plus the legally required period for tax and consumer-protection purposes. Anonymous analytics are retained for 12 months.
