Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to reservations and pre-orders for the Akira device sold by Xdevice s.r.o. ("Xdevice", "we", "us").
1. Reservation deposit
The €3,000 reservation deposit is fully refundable at any time before your unit ships, no questions asked. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the cancellation request.
2. Post-delivery returns
After delivery, you have 30 calendar days to request a full refund. Return shipping is free within the EU; we provide a prepaid label upon request. The unit must be returned in functional condition with all included accessories.
3. Refund timeline
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned unit. Funds typically appear on your original payment method within an additional 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.
4. Warranty
All Akira units include a 1-year limited warranty plus your statutory rights under EU consumer-protection law. Warranty claims are handled separately from refunds; we repair or replace defective hardware at our cost.
5. How to request a refund
Email hello@xdevice.ai with your order number. We respond within 1 business day.
6. Exceptions
Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or accidental damage outside warranty terms may reduce the refund amount. We will always communicate this in writing before any deduction.
