Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of xdevice.ai and the purchase of Akira devices from Xdevice s.r.o..
1. Pre-order terms
A reservation places you in the delivery queue. The deposit (€3,000) is fully refundable until the unit ships. The remaining balance (€4,500) is due before shipment.
2. Pricing
Pre-order price is €7,500 (regular €9,990). All prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT. Shipping within the EU is included.
3. Delivery
First units ship in August 2026. Units ship in reservation order. We provide tracking on dispatch.
4. Acceptable use
Akira is sold for lawful use. You agree not to use the device for activities prohibited under applicable law in your jurisdiction.
5. Warranty
Each unit comes with a 1-year limited warranty. EU consumer rights apply in addition to these terms.
6. Refunds

7. Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the device. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, except where this limitation is prohibited by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes are resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights.
